We in the Infernal Elite have been thinking and doing a lot of soul searching the past couple resets. We think of being one of the oldest clans and once one of the biggest clans of the game. We were a game changer. Lately TIE has come upon some hard times. Some of it brought on by ourselves, some real life, and some because we did not adapt to the change in game. With all the thinking of the leaders and players we have come to the decision that we can keep doing what we were doing and losing 1 member at a time and dwindle to nothing. OR swallow our pride and ask for help. We chose the latter. In order to try to keep The Infernal Elite together as much as possible. We need a break to regroup and get our home in order. Our long time Friends in LCN have been so gracious to offer out a hand and home. Hopefully together we will forge a new chapter and honor our clans history. We will finish out this reset under our tag. After which we will merge into LCN. Hopefully temporarily. But time and the game will Tell. We want to thank all our allies and friends that have helped and look forward to forging a new story in the future in our new home.

There are only 700 countries and less players here.

As a leader it shows quite some balls to know when the times and your surroundings have you beat. And that your alliance in general needs a break. Knowing Voltron this is truely a merge to try and regain TIEs former glory.

It takes guts to make a decision like that and I applaud him for actualyl trying too make another effort after so many failed ones.

Its a good move, and the new enhanced LCN suddenly changes the political dynamic in a lot of ways. If the right people are still in TIE, we may well see LCN challenge LaF for the top dog position.

Ahh thats too bad, but ya gotta do what ya gotta do to survive. Our merger worked out pretty well (RED + un4givn) but it was never meant to be temporary - and we had a few leadership bumps along the way hehe...

they should rethink this idea of merging with LCN. i give it 6 months before it falls apart. :)

why would it fall apart? TIE and LCN have been very close allies for quite some time, not to mention we have warred alongside each other and have got along really well.

I doubt it'd fall apart, and if we did de-merge, it would be because TIE is stable enough to stand on its own two feet again.

not stable you got 30+ countries thats not to bad or is it a case of you`s want to kick all the small clans. cause i doubt its so you can take on the big clans who have 37 to 70 countries. :)

TIE had 30+ countries with no leadership available to put in the time/effort in to lead them.

That now changes with a very active leadership in LCN.

It's not a case of wanting to kick all the small clans... TIE for the most part has been netting these past few sets. TIE has historically always netted and warred so nothing new there. LCN does the same as well.

This merge was about finding the right fit for TIE, and LCN happened to be that clan.

well there was a time when lcn joined tie, and they de-merged and became stronger afterwards, perhaps tie can do the sale.

although based on current membership, i doubt they'll have enough to challenge laf for tnw, although they would definately provide a challenge for na when laf dont netgain.

Imperial nailed it. Both alliances are very similar and have been good friends for some time. LCN is a good fit for TIE while they work out their leadership activity issues.

LCN is certainly not the best but we do have a very active leadership and membership base. Hopefully that will light a fire under some asses and maybe get them to enjoy the game like they used to.

A strong TIE benefits LCN whether they are part of us or a close ally. This move achieves that by keeping their core base together.
