My net change has changed several times, it has dropped down to 10k and below acouple of times. When I logged out last night it was 7k. I spied someone today and I had twice the ag tech and about the same pop., they had 1k farms so I built 1k farms and it went from 154k to 7k but this morning it was 136k?

This entire post is confusing. Please re-phrase your issue, including exactly what changes you think you should be seeing.

You're probably seeing the impacts of corruption - you lose .1% of your bushels not on market as additional consumption. Did you have about 140M bushels at some point?

No I'm just teching, a player with same set up had a net change of 3k, mine was 154k, I don't know what step I took, but I would drop down to 10 or 7k, but then later logged on it was back to 154k. Why such a sudden difference?

Nvm, I did have 140m on hand,so if it's on the market you don't get the corruption? I know there a 2b limit with cash, what's corruption point for food?

"Bushels decay right from the first bushel at 0.1% per turn. But it rounds so you need to have 500 bushels to decay 1 bushel.

So if you have 1m bushels on hand you decay 1k bushels per turn.
And if you have 500-1499 bushels on hand you decay 1 bushel per turn."
