Tell people why they get banned. What did they violate. Maybe an email notification indicating how they can appeal or challenge such a thing when it is CLEARLY unjust.

So I asked a chat mod...in discord

"is alabama highschool?"

She said something derogatory about my mother in response.

I asked "why is a mod allowed to attack my mother"

The game admin banned me.

Then I brought up paint drying today, and a little about the attack against my mother,
and I got 7 days without reason given, zero, without any indication of wrong doing except asking why my mother is allowed to be disrespected, and I can barely chat? WHY? Because I wanted to know why its okay to attack my mother as an answer to a question?

seems like abuse of power to me.

so like...i dont get it, can the unnamed admin explain it here as to WHY I got banned when IT WAS ME WHO WAS ATTACKED in the first place as a response to an innocent question about football?

Maybe also add an actual forum where players can contest/question/discuss bans or other disciplinary action so that they're not posting their questions in a place that will just add to their ban for posting in the wrong place?

You are permanently banned from the discord for calling a game admin a "fluff". If you continue to evade your discord ban then you will be banned from the forum and game as well.
