Why not have a way to sell tech on the pm as there is for commies and farmers?
Doesn't a techer invest as much(more?) time on their country?
If a commie or farmer can't sell on the public they can always sell on the PM in a pinch.
I know this has been asked 100's of times,but i never have seen an answer..

to keep the symmetry with commies and farmers, suppose you should also be able to buy tech on the private market. What prices should be set for both buying and selling?

Something like $350-$450 per pt. to sell, and somewhere around $10,000 - $12,000 per point to buy would be a good place to start.
