You need to specialise.

eg

Farmer - Has Mostly farms with a few indies to produce spies (and Construction sites of course)

Casher - Has roughly 1:1 (11 ents to 10 res is actually best, but 1:1 works ok) enterprise Zones and Residences. With a few indies to produce spies. (and Construction sites of course)

Techer - Has mostly Research Labs with a few indies to produce spies (and Construction sites of course)

Indi - Has mostly Industrial complexes (indies) (and Construction sites of course)

Each one then uses the public market to purchase what they need, and sell what they produce. EG a farmer sells their bushels on the public market to make money and buy military and buy tech.

While an indi sells military on the public market to get money and buys tech and bushels from the public market.


So pick one strat type and build that.
