Need some bot info. Just counted 56 bots out of top 100. That's a lot more than I thought. I was under the impression there were about 30 on this server.
Is there a particular set time interval that bots always play? I think knowing bot behaviour is a good chunk of getting a top finish. I know bout the bots market buyout at the end. But besides that, are there any regular patterns they follow? Like playing every 4 hours etc. If there are people who have access to this info. it would be a huge advantage over those that don't. If the devs have a set pattern for bots that's secret, that's fine. It levels the playing field. Thanks.

I notice a commie took the top spot. I played a commie too and was making gains, till Sarky Came a long. I hammered him and still finished ahead of him. And I didn't play my turns at the end. I didn't understand his countries build, with 5 million jets and no defense's and as a tyrant, how he got his cash ? Was a ministry me.

Tyr typically play ~95% farms or labs.

As mentioned, tyranny is usually techer or farmer. Occasionally (back in the day), I have seen some indies, but is way less effective than communism.

Techer is probably ideal (all labs and cs, with some indies for spy production), because it allows you to tech 1 additional turn for every attack. Techer also usually makes the most per turn, per acre, early on.

But, like GPA said, you shouldn't play rainbow. Labs produce more tech per turn with a greater percentage of labs/total land. You will make more tech having 4500/5000 labs/acres than 4500/10,000 labs/acres.

Specializing is important.
