To kill players who atk me twice.

How big of a turns budget do you reserve?
Depends on strategy. Techers really cant play too much delayed, because tech prices drop.

cheaper tech prices is the main reason I play behind.. if you store tons of turns and then play once the tech prices drop you tend to have an advantage
