On a 20k acre country you would simply have to stay logged out for a little over 23 hours to buy 3.5bill worth of tanks on your PM at $500 tank prices.

Simple calculations.

PM grows at

3 troops
2.5 jets
2.5 turrets
1 tank

per turn, per acre.

Does PM only grow when we are logged off?

when you are logged on the rate at which it grows diminishes as the amount of units available increases.

complicated business private market mechanics. There is a tendency towards a max amount, but growth is based on when you logged out so it can over/undershoot.

The units left on your PM upon log in decay with each new turn given. The replenishment rate never changes, and does not matter if logged in or logged out. But if logged in, they will still decay with the next turn

Once you log in, whatever is in your PM will decay the next turn, and will keep decaying until it is bought, or its value reaches 0. Even if you log back out.

This is why, when destocking on servers with huge stock, you buy out your PM every logout. There is no max. Period.
