Hi, just asking, its been a while since I played, question on the rule 1 hit thing, when does that refresh for express? Before it can be consider a 2 tap hit and your enemy can screw you over with retals.

even 1 grab on early set and 2nd on late set can mean that player you attacked will go nuts.
