What is DR abuse?

Especially if you have made someone you know put you in DR to do that. This is the type of collusion Clintonista attempted to conduct in order to take the land record when he could not do it legit. I suspect he has done it before, either way for all his boasting and all his rants against players who he percieved as cheaters (most of whom were probably legit anyway) he will forever be remembered as a cheater who was laughed at from the beginning to the end.
