Good jobs for wiping out my countries and I guess my return to play this game in this reset has not been welcomed by NBK folks

Generally speaking, people who refuse to tag intend to grief a clan later in the game. Literally almost everyone. Anything tagged is considered to at least in theory have legitimate intentions. Typically there are 60-120 untagged griefers every set, and we had spent the last couple years giving them the first strike.
