Right now there's a planned five step process. I may keep this thread updated with development progress.

1) Implement custom game rules - this is about 70% done
2) Test custom game rules
3) Change automated processes (PS bot, standing orders)
4) Update NPC code
5) Give third party site owners 2 weeks to support the new server
