Right now there's a planned five step process. I may keep this thread updated with development progress.

1) Implement custom game rules - COMPLETED
2) Test custom game rules - COMPLETED
3a) Change PS bot and spy bot - COMPLETED
3b) Change standing orders
4) Update NPC code
5) Improve spy op support and country search - 33% DONE
6) Give third party site owners 1 week to support the new server

Development for the custom game rules has finished and we're in the testing phase now (item 2).

Dedicated testing is finished at this point but please let me know if anything feels off while playing on Alpha Cooperation.
