1) A checkbox to exclude news involving NPC countries. I am very fascinated with who is hitting each other but couldn't care less about peoples bot farming habits. Even less so now that we have a search function that parses out Diminishing Returns data.

2) The `By Attack Type` section. This feels wonky from an UI perspective but hear me out. Right now in the `Type of Attack` drop-down list we have every attack. I would find it useful if it was SS/PS versus Special Attacks. This could help separate war stats from netting news.
