How long before KA hits IMP now that they have burned all of their turns and missles on PANLV?

KA has been itchin for war and they waited until they actually had a shot at not getting their asses kicked by IMP to break an unbreakable pact. They break this 48 hours ago and its a different story.

My guess FS is less than 24 hours. Anyone else?
