we actually saw it but didn't hit until evo farmed it to death.. after that point there wasn't any point in holding back anymore.

but i dont think its evo's fault necessarily in pure game terms, because obviously to them its just free land and they probably don't have any real pact with RD anyways so it's not like they need to worry about not screwing them over. but it definitely doesn't win any friends ;P

from the normal rules that everyone goes by, it's technically imagnum's responsibility with the recently untagged suiciding.

but i'm not the FA for any of those 3 alliances, so it's not my call.
