I wonder about that. If you're caught cheating 10 times then why bother winning rounds and posting about it in the forum, since you know everyone will discredit you and doubt you? You can take away their ability to post or whatever, but why wouldn't this person make a new name anyway, one that has not been caught cheating, and build a new name for himself with wins that people will assume are clean instead of dirty? Like why isn't this already happening?
