In our fs we targeted the best countries we could select without caring which clan we were hitting. Imp had far better stock while nbk had better long term ceiling. But with IMPs unexpected uberactivity in first couple weeks of war and both clans restarting at an insane rate (100%+) we really stood no chance. We were hoping that restart rate would have been lower.

As for target selection, I was happy with our selection for the most part. We ran into the oil/troop problem with market buyouts and we simply couldn't afford to hit some of the ones we wanted to. But that is a result of early war. That and nbk had some nice wallers as usual.
