Yes and the countries putting Titanium into DR in Express might not have been his, but the fact is that the best netters on the server still play by a different set of rules for the good of the game.

No one takes a FAed or bought out finish seriously or respects it, why should they respect landtraders? All it does is screw over people with actual netting talent.
