Questions:
Is asking your allies to bump their defences up because someone is stalking you for a retal, coordination? I did that the set before last, but I wasn't thinking about the coordination rule.

2) Is asking an ally to do a spyop for you coordination? I think it probably is. I did that too.

So nobody is perfect, not even the President, or Rob Ford :)

ps and how about swapping a tech ally slot for someone with much higher defence, during a tech start, or anytime?
