wiki says
" You cannot join the GDI unless you have not made an attack for at least 18 hours "

but ingame it says

" You can only join GDI if you haven't attacked or done a harmful spy op"

I'm guessing wiki is not to be trusted? I attacked a while ago but that was more then 18 hours. and I cannot join.
