Keep going with the Indy tech, BPT looks a little low you may want more CS depending on your land goal. I would also bump up your spies a little bit (I personally like to run heavy with spies, if it's hard to get an op on you, people tend to leave you alone). Consider getting rid of the Residences, more people just means more food you have to buy. Don't worry about the negative income just keep pumping out the military units and selling.
