You should also be aware that because your country started late on the Primary server, you won't be able to compete for the top rankings this round. I'd recommend spending the next week getting a hang of the game and asking questions here. Once the round restarts in around a week you'll be able to start on an even footing with everyone else.

Every 4 construction sites gives you 1 extra build per turn. What i usually do is i buuild them 20 at a time to have an even number of bpt.
