destroy all buildings other than enterprise, residences and have 5%of total land as industrial producing 100% spies.
Cash each turn (when not building or exploring and with money generate for first half of turns buy business tech and res tech.
Cash last half of turns and buy turrets

Troops and tanks are expensive to keep so have only minimal levels to deter special attacks. If you're not attacking, and you certainly don't need to for a while, then you don't need to spend money on jets.
Gradually build up your construction sites for a bpt of maybe 50-60 you may decide for more later but that' later.
Don't buy other techs, only bus/res for a while. You don't really need them.

I wouldn't use turns to cash at this point, a waste.

Explore up to 1850~ acres, build up all the acres as Ent/Res, with a few indies. Save turns till you have 120 and then explore them all at once, then build up those acres as ent/res, buy res/bus tech with any extra money.. repeat

Yeah, don't cash any turns until you're at least 20k acres. Before then its better to explore.

Don't build up your construction sites gradually either, focus on them early on and get 200 to 300 of them very early in the set.

Its a similar idea

Casher - you build ent zones and residences and buy bus/res tech to help with production. You buy everything you need from the market.

farmer - you build farms and purchase agri tech for production (and also bus/res to keep expenses down). You sell food on the public market to generate income and buy everything you need.
