as you know or should know that we can't more than double our defense with allies so if you got 1m turrets then your allies can't loan more than 500k each even if they have 5 million turrets. next time spy allies military too.

look for countries with a 0$ allies value in their spy op to hit

makes the math really easy

hard to find later in the set unless you are multi-tapper

Just send 215% no need to spy on alliances, if they have 0$ ally/gdi expense send 115%, also if they are gdi and expense is 5x their land then they have no allies.

so 2m break send 4.5m jets? that's (mildly said) wee bit expensive in long run.
