I didn't have the text handy as I was out. I assume the reason Serp asked is because he spied a country and realized the alliance costs didn't correspond to the usual $5/ acre which he could previously use to assertain if a target had allies or not. I confirmed that it had changed which is what I could do at the time.

Military sanctions thing sounds silly. Hopefully it’s only used for cross server griefers. Using diplomatic means to help navigate the chaos of 1B has always been a huge part of the game. Sometimes smaller countries need the ability to suicide as future deterrent.

Only time I’ve ever been upset at a suicide was when someone was trying to force their 1A clan mate into 1st.

That's why it was developed. There's currently one active game account under it. Most people seem to be happy to play by the rules.

Warring over ingame issues is not an issue.
