I was deleted, but I believe I should be reinstated. As far as I can tell the only thing I did wrong was decide my netting was going nowhere and start warring. So when I win my appeal, what about my turn overflow, lack of cashflow (I'm a CI), etc?

I was not in Detmer's competition. I started warring a couple weeks ago, someone ingame asked me to help their effort. I did on and off while stealing tech from everyone I could.
