There are no complicated suggestions. But we have to be able to discuss why some suggestions create loopholes, flaws or bad game environment like the one we discussed above that I explained why it would open the door to cheaters in a big way.
I don't want added mechanisms that make new forms cheating very potent and easy to get away with, maybe that is only me?
This accomplishes the same things without making collusion more potent, while also spreading out hits more and having positive market effects:
