It's really hard to get as fat as you need on primary nowadays because of the lack of countries. Possibly some of these high scores between set 10-30 were set with other landgrabbing rules such as the bracketed NW modifyer for landgrabs that gave slightly higher returns and also the old ghost acres that were better.

Taking the NW record at this stage would be quite impressive I'd say.

ghosties have been changed and that applied to dicts and tyrs lost bit of their base landgains and of course more you sent gave more ghosties back in beginning of ghosties than nowadays, otherwise lg rules have stayed quite same.

I'm talking about when NW modifier went from brackets to a smooth function. That change also dropped landgrab returns by something like 10% depending on the ratio. That was a flat reduction of all returns, be they buildings, stolen or ghosts. Then you had the C:C implementation that only affects farming, but not single-tapping. Tho you don't get the NW record with single-tapping only.

H20 did 150m in this recent environment before he retired, but there were also slightly more players then. A handful of those I played with has stopped playing since :(

well military market was better than today, indy tech was cheap, oil had its peak at bit over 200 so not expensive so quite a nice set was indy and somewhat bad for techer.
