Once you've made even one attack you can't join GDI for the duration of the set?

I was making sure I only attacked each player once to not piss anyone off but #124 got all butthurt is wasting his resources on special attacks. He's only gotten one GS thru so he's not very good at attacking but it's annoying

Correct, use him as farmland ;-)
