what about with democracies?

its 10 turns or 30 attacks so if you use turns on something else than attacking then bonus expires.

the final turn of the attack or some combination>?

for example. you have 1 turn left on the bonus, is your attack calculated at the full 10%, at 5% or at 0%?

i think it stays 10% on all 30 attacks, if it would drop it wouldn't be worth to get.

It's 10 attacks or 30 turns.

it expires/expired after 10 turns at start of alliance set.
