Military bases lower the prices on your pm. They're more effective when you have a high % of your land as mbs.

Reseller is the strat for mbs. You sell on the public, then buy off your cheap pm. Theo is best, but demo is used in some situations.

Np. Reseller isn't as good as most other strats usually. It still works as long as the public market is stable enough.

Even before it was almost only ever used as an endgame strategy, because the endgame is really bad for techers, and kinda good for reseller or a full-acre MBR switch and jump. Even that is very uncommon now.

Nowadays the main users of MBs are oil destockers. Who drop to like 1-200 acres to build only 1 turn of MBs to jump with units from burnt oil.
