... but its been a long time and things might have changed?

Do spy DR's unwind when the country plays turns (like attacking DR's do, I think)?

IIRC demoralize was 3% per success (additive) is that still (or ever) right? So 20 success => 40% Readiness.

Is readiness is a flat multiplier to the break? ie 50% readi => 50% usual break?

I may be showing my hand here, but I have a job to do, and I want to make sure I do it right ;)

Attack and spy DR do not "unwind" as the target country plays turns. Both decay based on time passing. I'll let others answer the other questions.

Hmm, I thought plying turns definitely affected attack DR's. Interesting to know.

Guess I will have to plan a phased attack. Are you able to say how long spy DR's take to reset?

Demorialize takes out 5% of current readiness rounded to the next integer(and for some reason its rounded down on x.5). So its not 3% per success.

So 100>95>90>86>82>78>74>70>67 for 0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 demos.

readiness has no effect on defensive military strength under 70% readiness. so 50% readiness = 70% break.
Readiness 80% = 80% break.

Thank you, excellent infos!

That would explain why ghqnet shows the 70% breaks then :)

Maybe you’re confusing it.

Each time a player in DR attacks 1 DR is removed.

Spy DR duration is based on server. In my experience it’s usually exactly 24 hrs for each op. So if you did 5 ops at 5am and 3 ops at 6am., then 5 spy DR would fall off at 5am next day and the remaining DR an hr later.
Resistance is futile. You will be assimilated.

I think you are right, I did assume turns and not attacks.

So for bots they wouldn't reduce (until bots start attacking) but for players e.g in primary, if I understand it correctly, they can end up removing DR's by attacking.

In e2025 taking turns reduced DR. So camping was very profitable.
