Just reported some countries using the "Report cheaters" in game for the 1st time.

Am curious whether the mod will reply me anything on the result of my report?
Result like the reported countries are clean/innocent?
Or the reported countries are indeed have violated game rules?
And usually how long it takes for the mod to check on my report?
