What's a good tax rate to hit? Is per capita income more important than population? Earlier this set my PC was $70 but I didn't have a huge population. Just a few questions I got.

Any tips on a casher strat? Other than try to have 80-100 CS by week three . I try to keep my tech at 175 so that isn't an issue. Is GDI really worth the 16 points? I played 2025 back in the day as a teen and switched over to TEQ and fell in love with casher so I'm trying to bring that here. I'm sitting at 8.7 nw right now only been in the game about 2.5-3 weeks.

Yea no way will I ever build some of each building. Made that mistake playing earth 2025. Jets and turrets still the powerhouse mix?

Does it pay off to only build the necessary buildings for your strategy like in TEQ? Or is it necessary to do others to get spies and oil?
