Maybe we need a server that is truely for new people, allow only a few experienced mentors to play along side the noobs to offer instruction and advice, to let them know what is acceptable and what is not so they can progress to the other servers with some kind of idea of what should be happenning, give them some place relatively safe to play without being killed for rookie mistakes or farmed by vets who are only using them for their own benefit. The servers here that are supposidly for new people are inhabbitted by vets who show no mercy to anyone new, give them a break and a somewhere to learn and play away from vets many of who are loud mouth aggressive keyboard warriors. Just a thought.

This guy is continuing to ROR me. I spoke with mdevol who said he would speak to him which he did, the guy contacted me and said he had been told to stop hitting me and that I should cease my retals, effectively giving him free attacks that were not retalled. I was not going to do that, I am going to retal every hit on me. I retalled each hit at 1:1 even though the bulk of his hits are ROR, each hit is also accompanied by large numbers of spy attacks, he has stolen several hundred thousand tech. I have had several messages from members of CC telling me to retal each hit, I am doing just that. The guy is continuing to hit me, and spy attack, while telling me I should stop. Well I have stopped but only stopped retalling at 1:1, I retalled his attack today at 2:1, tomorrows will be 3:1, the next day 4:1 and so on. I will also be taking my retals on any of his string of countries and not just the ones he is using to grab.
Unfortunately if CC does not like this then they will have to kill me off, which I do not want, but I am not going to sit here and take this from someone who feels real big while hiding behind their keyboard and the CC tag.
The best thing would be for him to stop now, he has still made a profit on land and stolen hundreds of thousands of tech.

can someone from CC FA or management please contact me asap, either here or message to SAS

I can't believe the bullfluff coming out of the ex-TA. If you had enough missiles, or balls, to kill SAS like you said then you would have just like you repeatidly threatenned to, don't try to act like you were holding back becaue you didn't know how this server operated, the fact was you were being slaughtered and had no come back.
You say that you are new to FFA and don't know how things operate on this server but have plenty of experience on other srvers, tell me on which clan server it is acceptable to ROR with 3 extra grabs and then follow it with more grabs?
You can't say you play on other servers but don't know what is acceptable here, that is just a lie to try and cover your arse.
Everything coming from TA is a load of crap which is continually said to cover up for acting like a f#$kwit and getting hit for it.

I (SAS) would consider you a pain in my arse but I am aware that this is a war game so would accept a decleration and FS. I would not consider such an act as honourable or courageous but I wouldn't think of it as dishonourable or cowardly as long as it was a reasonably fair match and not 3:1 odds or something similar.
I prefer to net but I know this is a game involving combat so I am prepared to switch to a war footing every set if it is required.
Occaisionally you have to fight in order to be able to net, you need to show that you are prepared to stand up for yourself otherwise people can start to take advantage of you or push what I consider acceptable, thankfully I don't have to contend with aggression very often.

I (SAS) was land Grabbed, no problem there. I retalled,again there should be no problem but TA then ROR not once but 3 times. I did not send any messages or make any requests I just started stocking turns. Sure enough TA grabbed the same country yet again and then sent a message saying I should join ther tag so we could take on some of the larger tags. I have no interest in doing any such thing and I most definately won't be joining a tag who uses tactics I do not approve of. I went to war and was immediately bombarded with threats from TA, I was informed they were going to get all their allies and come and kill me off, not just this set but for every set to come. I replied to every message I recieved by basically saying do what ever you want, I wont be stopping so bring it on. His TAG went from 2 people with 18 countries to over 40 countries the next day, his restarts were called things like missiles and revenge. I am not going to stop attacking when threats have been issued so that TA could get their act together and launch a counter strike. I continued to kill at least 3 countries a day from then on. I was still sent messages blaming me for everything and threatenning to kill me for sets to come, I got sick of the crying so agreed to stop when TA promised not to touch me for the remainder of this set and all sets to come. If TA continues throwing accusations around then I can recommence hostilites at any time, they proved to be pathetic opposition so perhaps next time they may actually fight instead of cry and send threats.
Not the best way to try and promote your clan and attract members.

The fighting between SAS and TA has finished. It was initially caused by RORing and threats of violence so I (SAS) decided to do something about it, it proved to be very one sided despite being out numbered nearly 3:1 at one stage. There were many threats from TA to kill SAS for sets to come but he has backed down and we have come to an ararngement so hostilities are over.

Situation sorted due to mdevol, thank you for that. Still a fluff thing to happen so close to the end but I am now satisfied with the response from mdevol on behalf of CC.

I have replied to pms. The reason I posted instead of making direct contact and then was unavailable is because I had to go to work so had no chance to do anything else.
And I Was not threatenning CC but I have every right to act in my own defence. I was due to destock about now, all my countries would need to destock to be able to retal.
As for calling me a suicider, I think I have proven in every set that FFA has been here that SAS does not suicide and I do not cause trouble, I will however stick up for myself, when I am not in the wrong, even if it means my countries are killed off in the process. I act how I would like to be treated and I take full responsibility for every action that SAS takes, I don't need or want fluff like this in the last few days of a set.
