Just throwing this out there. #143 yippie dippie do will not leave me alone. He's half my size but has strong spy networks, and keeps bombing my damn buildings. I attacked him for a land grab, then he stacked me and then I offered a truce. But nope on the daily this guy keeps hitting me. Just FYI he has a super weak army.
