Why would anyone use the I (dict) strategy in Express to netgain? After all I have read this is probably the worse strategy to use to try and win? Can someone please explain to me why there is a player in Express who is top 10 using this strategy?

I am confused, this game is very difficult.

I have another question, how many turrets = 1 tank? I think I read somewhere that 1jet = 1turret and 4 jets = 1 tank is that true?

For example 200k turrets and 10k tanks = approx 240k jets?

10k tanks = 40k jets?

100k tanks = 400k jets? etc.

GDI? What's the deal with this? If I make a traditional land grab and I am not in GDI, can I join after? I've never played Express and I look forward to your replies.
