For the ones that don't like it can I hear some reasoning? Genuine question. How would it drive people away? I think suiciders would still play, they would just be netting or warring now. Everyone already decides before the set starts whether they're going to war or net.

A net tag couldn't be hit. They could have non-harmful spy ops done on them, and they could do the same. They could still hit bots, but no real player. This would also completely eliminate mistypes on real players. Netters only hit bots so all it would do for them is allow them to compete with their peers every set without the possibility of someone deciding to take you out.

A war tag could do anything to anyone not in a net tag. They could still have their wars. They couldn't blindside a net tag, but I haven't seen any established alliance do that since I've been back. An alliance could also make two tags if they wanted. One for net, and one for war.

This would eliminate the suiciding of netters which occur every set. The war tags kill off these suiciders which says they're against it as well. I don't see any downside for anyone except suiciders. They could still fight with a netter, just not when they're in a net tag. There's solo servers where you can fight on an even playing field.

I figured I'd give my 2 cents. I know others have had more in depth conversations on this topic. This is just a simple idea that I think would be good.

I quit using turns too. I remember seeing 80m at $80, and coming back a few hours later to see 80m more at $77. I didn't want to spend over 12m a turn for just food, and knew there was enough food to feed us. To be fair, I may have done the same thing if I saw the food at $60 and $57. People wouldn't have the F U attitude toward $60 though, lol.

So you only stocked tech and 2b cash? It's usually best to sell as much as possible because tech usually goes down as the set goes on. Food usually rises about half way through the set, then crashes the last week. Of course the market here varies from set to set since it depends alot on what strats the top 10 guys play.

I agree with your top 4. 5th is tougher because rhubarb or Winona could get it. Grievous is tough to predict for me since it depends on how well he plays the market. He could be anywhere from 4th to 7th imo.

If they are, they're the worst cheaters ever! Our cheating detection system would be even worse though, lol. My guess is they are 2 different people that know each other in rl. I base that on the hope they would've been deleted by now if they weren't legit.

Why shouldn't it be free? It would help allow netters to net, and warrers can still war. Everyone gets the same deal so no need to charge us for it. That would make it to where a top netter might just miss a win because he paid and another didn't. Just my 2 cents as a netter, the war guys may have another opinion.

I like it for 1a, ffa, and team. Don't like it for primary since there aren't bots, and gdi protects you alot(I like the current primary setup). I've only played express a little, and tourney none, so no comment there.

Not in getting bonus turns unless I don't login 18 hours after my last 6 turn bonus.

When I first came back, I read up as much as I could to try to understand everything. I don't recall reading anything about this subject besides you don't have to stay logged out for 18 hours to get your bonus turns anymore. What I posted is my assumptions based on my experience, not facts.

I'm pretty sure I have the bonus turns figured out and it's not complicated.

It doesn't matter how often you login

The 18 hour mark from your last 6 turn bonus is the only time that matters.

Login every 18 hours for your turns so a new 18 hour timer will begin

If you're logged in at the 18 hour mark you'll have to wait for your next turn before you get the bonus

That being said, I'm all for getting the bonus turns with your 20 acres for your first login of the day =)

The top 5 was actually in the same exact order as last, lol.
