Seems I got deleted for apparent “rules violations” - first time in five years. Not sure what I did wrong, but suspect at least two countries are unhappy they came off second best. A rough set for commies anyway.

I find always build CS and get tech up quickly. You fall behind a little at the start but always catch up and trap the benefit of the early investment.
