What you say is more accurate, but to make it a bit simpler you could also calculate:

A = Cost of Attack + Cost of Building
B = Turns left in the game * production gained from the land you are going to grab

Any landgrab is typically small compared the land the you already have, and does not dramatically decrease your tech level. This means that the gain per land of one grab is approximately linear. You would have to recalculate this per grab, and you also have to do a separate calculation whether or not to buy tech.

edit: A should also include costs of not cashing/teching..

Both the market for tech and the bushels markets are thin this reset. Bushels are at 47 and they were 55 yesterday for a moment. And the tech..pff almost no tech for sale at this moment! And I see quite a few republics in the score list..

Well some funny guy just bought all the military of one particular price tag, except the last one.....I guess someone is bored on a sunday afternoon ;-)

How do you guys stockpile bushels when the price is around 44? Do you just continue buying them? Assuming a resell price of around 38 but that may even be as low as 34/35 on the private market, it does not seem very efficient.

My people managed to make a chemical missile very early...I am not sure what they put in there..

Just make sure you do some stockpiling, 2b cash + some bushels can easily add 10 mil nw at the end of the set

indeed, and if you can do that you might as well invest those resources in nw yourself..

My guess: maybe one or two people around 30-32 mil, and about 20 mil to get to the top 10.
