I thought I could stay away from Team/Alliance and still find some enjoyment in this game. Turns out that was false.
My guess is that this fluffing inbred human is probably connected to someone else who was in the top, which is why they sabotaged me. I could be wrong, they might be so fluffing stupid that they can't figure out the order to get dressed every day.

Express server declaring war is not available to me..So consequently many spy ops are unabvailable and attacks are not allowed by GDI but declaring war is unavailable , at least to me..
Thanks for looking KOH, I tried that but GDI will not allow me to attack #3. What an advantage! attack at will without the danger of reprisal! Oh well. Good Luck.
Gerdler, I meant I went to the War Room to declare war on #3 and "declare War" was not an option on the drop down menu. I wasn't searching the country, I got that info from the news.
How could I be attacked by a country that doesn't exist?? The country was #3 top seed, and I can't find a country by that number or name. Also, I tried to declare war on the country and there is no "declare War" option on the drop down ??? What's going on?
