I actually get it twice a year lol. Once around summertime and once near Christmas.
It's regulated by dutch employing rules, the amount varies depending on what field you work in. But most fields have both bonusses. So yeah.... not to shoot you down :-P but in some countries it works that way.
Well, its not a bonus since its expected then. You guys need a new word. Its like you expect a losing trophy just for participation. Gov employees here call it individual cash reward.
So technically speaking, clicking the link, and getting points, is a reward, and not a requirement to the game :P
