Stocking for war is not the same as "Netting!". Being able to drop nw with a pocket full of cash or quickly boost defense. You maxed your war techs. Hovering. Just like I was. Ready to war and with a vengeance. Im disappointed honestly. You had 100's of missiles, cash, 4 tagged, and full turns. If you knew it was me why not go for it?
