Does it make sense to sell more than 2 billion worth of military to keep military expenses down during the endgame?

How do people play the endgame with a large Indy?

It definitely depends on the server. Many servers you have to sell as much as you can, and often log in to more than $2B but that involves bots. I presume you're asking for primary though - maybe I'll give CI a go there, I would say the destock is notably different from 1a, including which bonuses you get.

For the high land, high NW though, I definitely stocked billions of bushels to afford to run turns deep into the negative. Even then corruption costs were larger than the expenses, though I did buy out my PM for the last 40 hours. Here's the finish for my 1.4995 B NW on 1a where you can see I bought about half of the final military, but mostly produced jets at the end:

Ya I’m trying to figure it out for Primary, it seems it maybe does make sense to have more than 2 bil cash on hand, I dunno about buying a bunch of $49 bushels tho

Maybe my expenses are just high because I have way too many turrets right now :)
