So this guy just declared war on me and fired about 30nukes and all his spyops and immediately self deleted. I might understand if I had ever hit him this game but I haven't. Seems unfair that there is no recourse and this guy is just gonna remake a country and repeat

S/he built a suicide country and spent the whole set acquiring Warfare (and then missiles), staying very landthin and building up his/her spies.

They chose you as the eventual target because you are sitting at the top of the scores list (and possibly don't have much SDI tech).

I have seen the same thing a number of times before.

It is hard to understand what exactly the pleasure of that way of playing is. Some sort of working out of jealousy perhaps, or a way for someone who doesn't believe they have it in them to influence events so resorts to this approach so that they can at least exert some small influence.

Anyway it is hard on you to be targetted for no other reason than that you sat at no.1 Maybe next time lurk a bit further down the scores list. Oh, and get in some SDI.

I don't know how much your networth is affected. Less, I should think, than the suicider imagines. I hope that proves to be the case.

Well I had 1st on autopilot now it'll be closer. Not like it really matters since with the mass joining last fews sets everyone gets pushed game A. Also I had 50% SDI and just got unlucky on the amount I stopped.

Sack those SDI guys - they must have been asleep on the job. Edit - they stopped 10 that's pretty good, give them a medal instead.

Anyway good luck sorting your country out. (You might delay any major decision for a bit. Decisions made when thoroughly pissed off are sometimes mistakes.)
