Can anyone give me a battle calculator website or formula to help me improve my attack success ratio thanks

There's an app you can download via iPhone or android. Just type in earth empires calc should pop up...cheers

1 troop = 1 offense/defense
1 jet = 2 offense
1 turret = 2 defense
1 tank = 4 offense/defense

standard strike 0% boost

planned strike 50% boost

for tournament you don't need to worry about allies as not allowed so only other factors in play are government types

republic -10%
dictator +25%

for an exact weapons tech percent after you have succesfully spied a country you can review past ops and it will automatically tell you their weapons percent

if you are attacking someone on a server that allows allies and they have 2 defensive allies with 2x their units its a 100% boost to their numbers aka their allies give 1/4 of their units

don't forget though on that first spy to take note of their defense boost from bonus points as it won't show in past ops page and you will have to spy again to get it, most likely its 0% as most people put bonus into turns on tournament but some do it as most don't take note and end up bouncing if they send a bare break
