2 fillets of salmon
2 slices turkey bacon
1 stalk celery, cubed
Spices to taste - old bay, pepper, salt

Sautee garlic, 1/4 onion, celery, and cook bacon in saucepan.
Preheat oven to 325

Put veggies+bacon on top of salmon, add 1/4 cup water and spices.

Cook 25 minutes.
