We can't comment on why, but RD has ruffled some feathers in PDM this past set, and they're one of the reasons I'm quitting the game also.

I thought you quit because the Laf FR did not respond to you instantaneously. This is beside the fact that Laf and PDM saw perhaps our friendliest grabbing set between eachother ever. You leave when something could actually be done to upgrade that relationship to be more favorable for you. Kind of silly.

Locket, LaF is one of the reasons also - it's your alliance's attitude. Although LaF and RD are parts of the reasons why I'm leaving, they are just symptoms of a much larger issue - alliance leaders, especially LaF, SoF and RD, are ethically bankrupt. Oppressed alliances respond in the only way they know how, but bitter infighting and a lack of cohesion keeps them from any real tangible change or hope of altering the status quo (I'm even getting disenchanted with PDM itself).

The fact that the sordid 3 alliances above don't even *realize* how fluffty their attitudes are is one of the most depressing parts of this. That you can't even self-reflect and be critical of yourselves is disgusting. It's always blame someone else, never accept any responsibility - and how could you? If you accepted responsibility, that would admit culpability and then the status quo would have to change. But who wants to change the status quo? Certainly none of those who could.

There are a few bright spots in all the alliances above - I'm a bit disappointed with SoF the most, to be honest, since I hold Sov and Boltar in high regard. There's a few in LaF. It's all so sad how even then, no one can accept responsibility for everything.

what feathers did we ruffle? we warred most of the set. sounds like more of an excuse to take shots at RD like you constantly do anyways.

Yet Laf and PDM had what would be considered a good set between them. Laf is bigger and will play like a bigger alliance. PDM's attitude which is definitely not a bad thing is part of what keeps it from being a dominant trend setter or having its way more often than not. You have to play within your style.

There are a lot of people in Laf who will speak out against things. Rockman speaks out about just about everything for example :P I try to stay as unbiased as I can and will say when stuff is BS although more often then not I keep it to the private Laf boards rather then ranting here.

From your reaction and quitting earlier(Although I never saw all the convos) I have to say that I think you are overreacting and should stay and help PDM keep growing. You have stayed through some crazy fluff and you leave in a relatively harmless set on most fronts?

So what specifically did RD do this set? I think you're just being a baby for no reason... also laf and pdm had friendly relations / grabbing this set. I think you're just too emotional to lead. While, I agree that LaF/SoF/Rival/RD (to whatever extent) have done some "wrongs"-it still doesn't change the fact that TAN is one of the biggest cowards in the game, which is a bit of a conundrum considering his large gob.

I'd have to disagree. While it may be possible to be a coward in a game, you'd have to be a mighty big fluff, his real fault is the incompetent leadership.

For example getting FS by LCN and just giving up 5 seconds after the FS and actually order people to not fight back so you can have moral victory... Not a cowardly move but more of an incompetent leader type of move if you ask me.

I guess its a matter of perspective.
