When I start my record breaking, ceiling shattering, awe inspiring runs, I need to have about a billion dollars on hand.
Fortunately in this bot heavy environment, techers who get their money so easily are generally careless about protecting it. If one can get $2.4 billion playing thirty minutes a week, one does not usually have the investment needed to actually strategize. There are exceptions of course, techers who play two hours a week and then in their own minds are the best players on the server. With bots buying tech at ridiculous prices, techer wins are ho hum. But since many techers just leave cash lying around it opens a tiny window of the game up for those who actually spend time playing it, strategizing it and ultimately enjoying it rather than being bored silly.

I don't use spy ops to steal money, because it is not a winning formula however, it does add an aspect to the game. Don't want to be robbed blind, get more spys & spy tech or take your chances. Back in the day, if you sat there with $2 billion, you'd have been passed around like a drunk sl*t at a frat party. There wouldn't have been anything left of your bank account or your country.
